A decorative hand-coloured city plan of Brussels by John Rapkin (vignettes by J. Watkins) originates from Thomas Wright’s ”Universal Pronouncing Dictionary”. The work was published in London by London Printing and Publishing House, ca 1851.
The vignettes show: Hotel de Ville, Church of St. Gudule, Brussels near the Porte D'Andelecht, Avenue in the Park Palace Royal.
