Adriaen Collaert was a prominent Flemish engraver and print publisher active in Antwerp during the late 16th and early 17th centuries. He was a central figure in the Collaert family of artists and worked extensively with major publishers like Hieronymus Cock and the Plantin Press. His body of work is characterized by its technical precision and encompasses a wide range of subjects, including religious cycles, allegories, and natural history.
