A decorative coat of arms is situated in the upper-left corner, while the lower section contains an extensive numbered legend identifying twenty-six specific architectural and botanical highlights, including various fountains and themed groves. This work was published as part of the Antiquae Urbis Splendor, an influential series of prints intended to document and celebrate the architectural and topographical grandeur of Rome and its significant suburban villas.
