"Norwege, Suede et Danemark" shows the Scandinavian Peninsula along with Denmark and Iceland in the upper left inset. This hand-coloured etching was published in the Atlas de la Geographie by the Delamarche firm in Paris in 1832. The map provides a detailed overview of the region's topography and political boundaries during the early nineteenth century.

Felix Delamarche was a French geographer and map publisher active during the early nineteenth century. He was the son of Charles-Francois Delamarche, who founded one of the most significant French map publishing houses of the era. Felix continued his father's legacy by updating and expanding the firm's geographical works and atlases. His contributions helped maintain the Delamarche family's reputation for producing accessible and widely distributed cartographic materials.
